LiveU Brings Repairs Closer to You: Introducing Our New EU Repair Center

Local repairs. Streamlined logistics. Faster RMA handling.

We are excited to announce a significant expansion of LiveU's service operations with the establishment of our new European Repair Center in the Netherlands!
This important milestone reflects our ongoing commitment to improving customer satisfaction, enhancing service efficiency, and delivering a faster, more seamless support experience to our customers and partners across the European Union (EU).

What's changing?

LiveU's new European Repair Center in the Netherlands will serve as the central RMA processing location for customers and partners in EU countries. With dedicated repair capabilities now available locally, equipment that previously required shipment to Israel can be repaired within the EU, helping streamline logistics, reduce shipping costs, and improve overall RMA turnaround times. For certain customers who previously received automatic device replacements through the Netherlands Hub, the process will transition to repairing and returning their original equipment.

Existing Gold SLA Advanced Replacement services remain unchanged.

What does this mean for you?

  • Faster RMA handling:
Regional repair capabilities are expected to reduce shipping and overall service turnaround times.
  • Simplified, cost-effective logistics:
A centralized EU repair location reduces the need for shipments outside the EU, helping lower shipping costs and simplify the return process.
  • Improved service experience:
Streamlined regional operations enable more efficient RMA processing and support.
  • Greater sustainability:
Repairing and returning existing equipment helps extend product life and reduce unnecessary hardware replacements.
