Advanced fluid property monitoring using corTEC® technology

Overview

The QCRC025D sensor by EBE delivers precise and contact-free measurement of fluid quality and characteristics using patented corTEC® sensor technology. Designed for OEM and industrial integration, it provides accurate detection of capacitive and conductive properties in real time—across a wide variety of liquids, gases, solids, and even highly viscous media.
With its compact size, robust performance, and I2C communication interface, the QCRC sensor is ideal for use in smart fluid monitoring systems in sectors such as agriculture, healthcare, food processing, and advanced manufacturing.

  • Dual capacitive and conductive (resistive) measurement in a single device
  • Non-contact sensing through container walls and tubing
  • Measures media with very low dielectric constants (εr < 2)
  • Fast response time (typ. 100 ms)
  • Digital output via I2C (others such as IO-Link available on request)
  • Miniature form factor for easy integration into OEM designs
  • Fully REACH/RoHS compliant
