MK24 Reed Sensor, smallest smd

MK24 Reed Sensor, smallest smd

Standex Meder has developped the smallest reed sensor in their portfolio.

The sensor measures 5.5 x 2.5 x 2.0 mm.

These miniature sensors have their application area in hearing aids, medical devices, telecom  and small household appliances. The sensor has a moulded housing which can be used in moist environments without influencing the switch behavior.

The sensor is widely used as a simple miniature on-off switches and can be used with normally open and normally closed switching behavior. The Power limitation is appr. 3W and the max ratings are 30V/0,3A.

Reed sensors do not have any wearable parts which improves the quality and life-cycle of your device.
