Flatpack Rectifiers

Flatpack Rectifiers

Flatpack rectifiers convert AC power into reliable DC power for critical applications in demanding environments. Flatpack rectifiers are used as the building blocks of DC power systems, DC UPS systems and critical infrastructure power solutions. Designed for maximum efficiency, high power density and long-term reliability, the Flatpack family helps reduce energy consumption, cooling requirements and total cost of ownership while maximizing available cabinet and rack space. The modular hot-swappable design simplifies installation, maintenance and future expansion while maximizing system availability. Existing Flatpack installations can often be upgraded with newer rectifier generations without replacing the complete power system.

Efficiency
Flatpack rectifiers are available at different efficiency levels. Visit our Flatpack Efficiency Levels page to discover which option best suits your application.

Flatpack S
The Flatpack S family is designed for compact and flexible DC power systems where space efficiency and ease of integration are important. Available in 24V, 36V and 48V versions with power ratings up to 1800W, Flatpack S rectifiers are ideally suited for control and automation systems, marine applications, signaling systems and other compact DC power installations.
In addition to standard HE and SHE versions, specific Flatpack S models are available with overvoltage protection for safety-critical applications where compliance and operational safety are paramount.

Flatpack2

The Flatpack2 family offers higher power levels, a broader voltage range and greater scalability for demanding DC power applications. Available in 24V, 48V, 60V, 110V, 125V, 220V and 380V versions, with power ratings up to 3000W per module, Flatpack2 rectifiers are widely used in utility substations, railway infrastructure, telecom networks, industrial power systems and other mission-critical environments.

Thanks to their high efficiency, power density and modular architecture, Flatpack2 rectifiers provide an ideal foundation for both new installations and the expansion of existing systems.

Which Flatpack platform is right for your application?
Both Flatpack S and Flatpack2 are based on Delta Eltek's proven modular rectifier technology and share the same focus on efficiency, reliability and system availability.
Flatpack S is often the preferred choice for compact systems and lower power requirements, while Flatpack2 is typically selected for higher power levels, a wider range of DC voltages and large-scale critical infrastructure projects.

At Heynen, we help customers select the most suitable platform based on their voltage requirements, power demand, installation environment and long-term expansion plans.
