We are happy to invite you to our fourth edition of the Heynen Pop-Up, which will take place at our offices in Houthalen on Tuesday 10 September.

Between 10.00 and 18.00 you will be warmly welcomed by your Heynen contact person and several of our manufacturers.
We will combine an informal atmosphere with a substantive program.

Feel free to walk in at any time to discover our latest products.
You can enjoy a snack and drink from the food trucks and a pleasant chat.

Network testers and analyzers

Tempo Communications presents their well-known tools for optical networks, CATV and copper networks. These include multimeters, test phones, strippers, Visual Fault Locators, marker locators, fiber cleaning tools and more.
Tempo specialists will give hands-on workshops throughout the day:

• Copper cable testing and fault locating with the Tempo Sidekick Plus 
• CATV TDR testing with the Tempo TV220EX - morning and afternoon presentation by Mark Govier

VeEX will be also be attending with extra attention to two topics:

Netwerk Visibility, Monitoring and Security

We look forward showing you how to keep control of your network. Together with several Heynen suppliers, we will showcase a couple of interesting security and monitoring solutions.

NetAlly: Launch of the NEW LinkRunner AT 3000/4000 in the Benelux. Next Generation copper and fiber Ethernet testers as successor to the popular Linkrunner AT 1000/2000/G2. Those tools provide you fast and comprehensive validation of copper and fiber network links with powerful network connectivity troubleshooting.
We have all testers available for demo and our experts are ready to answer all your network test & troubleshooting questions.

Keysight will be present and happy to have a conversation with you about Network Packet Brokers and Breach and attack Simulation (BAS). 

We often get the question how to create full visibility in virtual and cloud environments to monitor this part as well. With Keysight Cloudlens, we can offer an appropriate solution for this.
We offer the BAS solution as a service under the name “Comcert Threat Simulator As A Service”. There will be a workshop around this topic.

Allegro Packets is growing fast and we are also making more and more customers in Belgium happy with its powerful network analysis and packet capture tools. Remco de Rooij from Allegro will give you an extensive demo of this network analysis tool and will show you how it can speed up troubleshooting significantly. There will also be a troubleshooting workshop where we will go through the analysis process using the Allegro Packets tool.

Progress Flowmon: “End-to-end Application Delivery Chain Visibility” within (hybrid) cloud environments. Improving network performance and preventing cyber incidents based on flow data. It always starts with a detailed understanding of the complete network and cloud environment.  

AEM test will be present with handheld testers for certifying and qualifying copper cables (CAT 5e - CAT 8.2) and fiber optic cables (SMF + MMF). On top of that, AEM test also supports testing Single Pair Ethernet (SPE) cables up to 1800 meters.

Workshop 1: Network diagnostics and Performance Monitoring with the Allegro Packets Network Multimeter
The continues growth in workload and an increased focus on cyber security make our networks harder to understand when failures occur.  
During this workshop, we will use real data to show you how the Allegro Packets Network Multimeter can be used to examine “slow” applications and identify the causes of the problem. In addition, we will show you how you can optimally prepare yourself to solve and perhaps prevent problems more quickly in the future.

Workshop 2: How continuously validate and optimize your security tools with Breach and Attack Simulation 
A quick workshop about how to improve your security posture. Bert Aerts will walk you through the lifecycle of a complete Breach and Attack simulation, from how to plan your installation, running some actual tests to show what results you can get out of it. 
Finally, we will provide you a view on the reports and show you some actions and recommendations which could be taken to improve your security.

Components

PRAX Multi-Gap Temperature Demo
With this unique in-house technology, PRAX ensures that the coils get less hot and it is easier to cool them by using toroid cores. We will demonstrate this with a demo setup.

EBE Demo with Sensor for Fluid Properties 
In a demo, we will show EBE's ‘corTEC QCRB’ sensor which, by measuring capacitive and conductivity properties, can measure and monitor the quality of liquids without making direct contact with the product.

Energy meters
For all applications where measuring energy consumption is necessary, we have several energy meters. We show you the capabilities of both manufacturers in our portfolio.

Enhancell Walk or Drive Test
Via Echo One from Enhancell, you can turn almost any phone into a powerful measuring instrument to create insight into the (mobile) network. We will demonstrate how this works several times during the pop-up day! After a short explanation by the supplier in our presentation room, we can give a demo of an indoor measurement, or we can get into the car and take a short drive in the area.

SOLiD 5G Remote Node Demo 
The Genesis DAS system is a solution to provide wireless coverage indoors. Some of the advantages the system offers are low power consumption, ease of expansion and the fact that not every development requires hardware upgrades. We will show you SOLiD's capabilities for 5G use in enterprises and give a demo of the system throughout.

ETM 
The ETM 770-Pro ETM 770-Pro is a compact and powerful cellular signal analyzer with GNSS and is designed for NB-IoT and CatM1 networks.
By measuring parameters such as signal strength, base station and cell information, it helps you easily determine the best operator and antenna configuration.
