  • The professional services of Heynen are co-ordinated by the Heynen ServiceDesk. The ServiceDesk receives these service requests and supports the execution process. Additionally the ServiceDesk is the entry point for customers to report support tickets through a ticketing system. This system is ITIL based and ensures a high level of support and follow-up.
