Heynen wins award "Most Progressive and Outstanding Performance"

Heynen wins award "Most Progressive and Outstanding Performance"

David Agresti, Managing Director of Heynen Belgium explains: "We received this because of two very successful projects: one at a cable TV operator in Wallonia and one at the Belgian railways".

"At the cable TV operator, we sold 380 Docsis 3.0/3.1 testers (CX310) for installation and maintenance to the cable TV network. The device works fully automated.

The technician can get his work order through the device and from there the correct settings are loaded per region.

An automatic test sequence is started with a series of tests that depend on set limits.

As a result they get a pass / fail and the measurement is automatically loaded to a cloud environment.

The operator has a total view of all instruments, technicians and measurements, which results in fewer repeated calls and an overall picture of network quality. "
