New Vectron MEMS Clock Oscillators

Vectron launches new range of MEMS Clock Oscillators (VM-702, 802 and 822). 
This new MEMS clock family offers ultra-low jitter and offers excellent power supply noise immunity and PECL, LVDS and HCSL outputs.

The MEMS based oscillator utilizes a miniature micro-machined piece of silicon as the resonator, which is many times smaller and lower mass compared to a crystal, and thus is capable of withstanding high shock, up to 80K g's, this provides an advantage compared to crystal and SAW based solutions.

■±10 ppm frequency stability over -10°C to +70°C
