Jianghai launches new series of electrolytic snap-in capacitors to be used in the primary side of switch mode power supplies

Why should you accept less specifications since Jianghai presents 3 NEW series of Snap-in electrolytic capacitors? These capacitor series have particularly high ripple current capability and two to five terminals, rated voltage up to 500 V and useful life of 14,000 h at +85 ºC. The compact can sizes allow for high capacitance / voltage combinations. Besides, the capacitors offer a high ripple current capability and the products are RoHS-compliant.

    CD_895_ZK

  • The series CD_895_ZK comprises can sizes from 22 mm x 25 mm to 35 mm x 50 mm with two to four terminals, rated voltage from 16 V and 500 V, and useful life of 14,000 h at +85 ºC and rated ripple applied. The compact can sizes allow for high capacitance / voltage combinations of up to 470 μF / 450 V or 270 μF / 500 V. The capacitors offer a high ripple current capability of up to 5.5 A at +85 ºC.

  • The series CD_892_ZL comprises can sizes from 22 mm x 20 mm to 40 mm x 100 mm with particularly high ripple current capability and two to five terminals, rated voltage 400 V and 450 V, and useful life of 5,000 h at +105 ºC. The compact can sizes allow for high capacitance / voltage combinations of up to 1,500 μF / 450 V. The capacitors offer a high ripple current capability of up to 4.25 A at +105 ºC.

  • The series CD_891_ZJ comprises can sizes from 22 mm x 20 mm to 45 mm x 100 mm with two to five terminals, rated voltage ranging from 35 V to 500 V, and useful life of 4,000 h at +85 ºC. The compact can sizes allow for high capacitance / voltage combinations of up to 2,200 μF / 450 V and 680 μF / 500 V. The capacitors offer a high ripple current capability of up to 6 A at +85 ºC. Depending on diameter and required configuration different terminals are available. In addition to the enhanced mechanical stability, the larger pin counts serve as a polarity key. As polarized aluminum electrolytic capacitors with non-solid electrolyte, these capacitors are ideal for use on the primary side of switch mode power supplies. The capacitors are intended for use in industrial applications, e.g. power supplies and motion control. All Jianghai products are RoHS-compliant. The capacitors can be ordered in sample and production quantities starting from now on.
