As a radio reporter you often need to send live audio feeds to the studio. For instance when you are reporting a football match. But you work in many different locations and need a versatile tool that can set up audio feeds using whatever connection there is available.

  • As a reporter you need to work from a variety of different locations. In the weekends you are the sports arena's and during the week in town hall or any location where there is news. And it is costing a lot of preparation and money to get a dedicated ISDN connection at each location you are assigned to. Mayah's Sporty can use any connection type available to set up live audio feeds to the studio. It supports ISDN, POTS, fixed Ethernet, Wifi and UMTS.

  • Carry it with you

  • The Sporty is light and can work a battery and on a power outlet. It supports many of the audio codec algorithms used in modern broadcasting including low latency variants such as MPEG 4 AAC ELD. In addition to sending live audio feeds to the studio can (simultaneously) record your report and send it to the studio later.

    De NAB vindt dit jaar plaats tussen 16 en 21 april 2016. De ‘Dutch Evening’ is op dinsdag 19 april 2016, tussen 19.00 en 22.00 uur, rond het zwembad van het Treasure Island Hotel, gelegen aan de beroemde Strip van Las Vegas. Toegang is mogelijk op uitnodiging van deelnemende bedrijven.

    De avond wordt mogelijk gemaakt door Heynen samen met een aantal andere Nederlandse aan broadcast gerelateerde bedrijven.
